Q: What's the payment terms?
R: We can accept pay by TT / Western Union / Paypal. More payment terms would be accept in the future.
Q: What's the price term?
R: We just offer the EXW / FOB SHENZHEN/CIF / CFR price.(We'd like to check the favorable freight cost for you ,and arrange the shipment for you once the details confirmed .)
Q: What to do with the Rainy day or Cloudy day?
R:The all in one/integrated solar street is Rainyproof---Waterproof grade: IP65.
After fully charged, the battery can keep the LED working in several rainy/cloudy days.
Q: What should be done at first before install?
R: Firstly, once you received it, pls check the complete panel, and test light's basic function---lighting, to confirm it can work perfectly.
Secondly, considering the security, we didn't charge the battery full before shiping the all in one/integrated solar street light to you, so pls charge the light at daytime for 3 days without lighting/discharging at night.
Thirdly, pls remove the plastic wrap on the light source, and then install.
Q: How to install?
R: Fix the product with a right angle, keep the solar panel face the sky, and make sure no shelter on the surface of solar panel.
